R.A.W. Reign And Win Pickleball Return & Warranty Policy

At R.A.W. Reign And Win Pickleball, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every paddle we produce. Please review this Return & Warranty Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns

Products approved for return must be new, unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Approved returns are subject to a $45 restocking fee.
• Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
• Demo paddles, used paddles, discounted items, custom products, replacement paddles, promotional items, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

No Returns for Personal Preference

Because paddle performance is highly subjective, R.A.W. Reign And Win Pickleball does not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, player preference, or buyer’s remorse, including, but not limited to:

• Paddle weight or balance
• Feel or comfort
• Power or control
• Sweet spot size
• Grip size or handle length
• Surface texture or spin characteristics
• Sound or vibration
• Preference for a different model
• Personal playing style or expectations

All product specifications, including approximate weight, dimensions, balance, handle length, core thickness, and other product details, are published on our website. Customers are responsible for reviewing these specifications before completing their purchase.

Personal preference does not constitute a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this warranty.

Performance Equipment Notice

R.A.W. Pickleball paddles are precision performance equipment—not demo or trial products. Every paddle is engineered to perform within its published specifications. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted because a paddle does not match an individual’s preferred feel, playing style, or expectations after purchase.

Limited Warranty

Eligible paddles purchased directly from R.A.W. Reign And Win Pickleball or an authorized R.A.W. Player Ambassador are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against verified manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

The Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Edge guard wear or damage
• Surface wear from normal play
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Ground strikes, fence strikes, or impact with hard surfaces
• Improper storage or environmental damage
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations
• Damage resulting from improper use
• Dissatisfaction with paddle performance, feel, weight, balance, or playing characteristics

Warranty claims may require photographs, proof of purchase, and inspection before a determination is made.

Authorized Purchases Only

Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from R.A.W. Reign And Win Pickleball or an authorized R.A.W. Player Ambassador. Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces are not covered under this warranty.

Right to Refuse

R.A.W. Reign And Win Pickleball reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, or warranty claim that does not meet the terms and conditions of this policy.
