R.A.W. Reign And Win Pickleball Refund & Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A $35 restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
• Demo paddles, used paddles, discounted items, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

Warranty

• All eligible paddles purchased directly from R.A.W. Reign And Win Pickleball or an authorized R.A.W. Player Ambassador are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, modifications, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper storage.
• Warranty claims may require photos and proof of purchase.

Authorized Purchases Only

Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from R.A.W. Reign And Win Pickleball or an authorized R.A.W. representative. Products purchased through unauthorized resellers are not covered.
