Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy is simple.

We offer a 1yr warranty against manufacturer defects on all of our paddles. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence or user modification, and the natural breakdown over extended use are not covered. Discounted or demo paddles do not apply. Excessive damage to edge guard. Hitting the ground will weaken edges and carbon fiber will breakdown.  Buying from a non-authorized dealer.

Warranty only applies if the paddle is bought directly from R.A.W. or our Player Ambassadors.

Warranty does not apply to replacement or discounted paddles.

We are not a Demo Program Returns are not accepted after 5 days.

• Returnable within 5 days if unused 
• $35 restocking fee applies
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Paddles must have no visible wear(no scratches, chips, or court rash)
